Everything you imagined in Monaco - and more
The shades of green are visually attractive. Never have been a fan of zucchini, tho. Too many other more attractive summer produce.
Do they fry the blossoms Jilly?V
Kate, this variety don't taste remotely like those awful dark green zucchini. I don't like them either. Do you get the trompette variety in America? They are often very long and very thin - like 2 feet long sometimes. Virginia, well not fried. They make beignests of them - fritters? ie a very very light batter. Or they stuff them and cook them. Adore them myself.
Lovely photo, I really like the shades of green.
