The Chandelier

The Metropole Shopping Centre is a great place to shop or just to have a cup of coffee in total luxury. It's all marble and prestige shops and has three of these massive chandeliers. Climb the steps you see outside (or take the escalator which is out of view) and, at the top, you'll see the Casino Gardens.

To see the other chandeliers and to get more of an idea of this centre, please click on the link.

Now that is impressive and quite beautiful. I pity whoever has to clean it:)

Chandeliers have been popular this past month, and this one joins them as another stunning display of crystal and light.

whaaat a fab view!! So glad that they seem to be having shows brought in for the public to view in addition to shopping!! makes shopping all the more fun when you can divert your time to smaller booths and see what new-bee's things they have to offer!!! Bet the computer shop must be busy!!! it was surprising they had a pampered pooch in the buildings around crowds like that most dogs wouldn't sit still long enough to enjoy it. Now this oneeee!! well! he's just plumb tuckered out and doesn't care what anybody else is doing, he's just not gonna miss his beauty nap! hee

Did you ever see that episode of Only Fools and Horses where they are taking a chandelier down and it smashes, as they are under the wrong one! Be a bit of a hoohar if it happened to that one.
