Parc Sacha Guitry - 2

Parc Sacha Guitry is a beautiful and peaceful park in Cap d'Ail - the town bordering Monaco - with its many stunning Belle Epoque buildings and wondrous views. It's a place too with a real village/community feel to it.

I think I'd love to be sitting there, just staring out at the sea, enjoying the shade and the panorama. I love this photo Jilly, it really makes me want to be there.

And if Sasha is somewhere around, that must be a fun place the hang out! He've one of the wittiest and funniest theater author, one of the most quoted too. Always make me smile.
Found a little quote for you, to illustrate my little visit here:
"... lorsqu'on rend une visite, on est toujours sûr de faire plaisir à quelqu'un ou bien quand on entre, ou bien quand on sort...
Sacha Guitry"

I think I am easily narrowign down my retirement plan wanderings! My dream is to spend at least 6 months in France and 6 in Italy. Just WHERE is the question....so far Menton and area and Cassis are both on the list!

Oh how I love any coast, looking out at the sea. I would love to be sitting here, snuggling with my beloved DH of 33+ years.
