Larvotto Beach - the Jazz Lounge at La Note Bleue

La Note Bleue is not only a beach restaurant but also a Jazz Lounge at night - you see a small part of it here. The ambiance is superb. And always beautiful fresh flowers.

The friendly servers we saw a couple of days ago work here.

I would not have guessed that a photo of a brightly lit place, with white upholstery and light cream colored walls is a jazz club called the Blue Note. It looks like the decorator adopted the color scheme of a hospital, not a jazz club.

Maybe it has such a bright color scheme because they anticipate that most of the performers and patrons will be sitting around wearing sun glasses, even at night.

Very chic but I"m amazed at the white decor as well for a restaurant!

You've captured the atmosphere beautifully, Jilly... "ambiance" came to my mind before reading it. Of course, with a name like that, this is a place of Jazz (of which I'm a devoted fan -- we are just now having our jazz festival in Rochester, NY).
Thanks for the spine-tingling experience... I can feel what you've captured!

Wow! This place is gorgeous. At first I thought it was a hotel room. Exactly how dark does it get in the club at night:) O, la la!

I'm not a jazz fan, but I wouldn't mind having a drink and a bite to eat in here. If only my house was this well decorated and tidy!
