Such a beautiful trunk on this tree in Casino gardens. I think it's a magnolia. A young climber, perhaps a bougainvillea, grows against it. Note the smart rubbish bins in Monte Carlo.

The bark on the tree looks so smooth that it looks as though there is none on it. But that must not be the case...right?
An exquisite tree trunk...it would be fun to be able to climb up to the middle of this tree.
