Behind the curtain

There's always something interesting to look at. This lady peers from behind her curtain in a first floor apartment on the pedestrian street that runs up from the port.

I do visit and I do comment and I was here. I did look at your picture(s) and I did read what you wrote about them. I could say how great you are and how beautiful your work is but alas I would soon run out of things to say on the next blog I visited, so I just left this to prove I stopped and said a few words on Sunday.

My Rheumatoid Arthritis hurts so I am using the same message for all.

What a story this photo tells. I lespecially love the yellow walls with the green shutters.

Looks like a sunny day, she should open up the curtain.

Awesome, I love this type of pose, and you captured her smile really well. The lighting is great too, really draws you right where you need to look.

Those window louvers are such a pretty shade of green.

Lol. You're watching her watching something or somebody else :-)

If I had a balcony overlooking an interesting street, I think I'd be spending my whole time there. ;)

Ah the twitch of the curtains. The nosy neighbour looking at everyone passing by below, seeing if there's something to gossip about. Every street has one!

I wonder what she is looking for! Nice paint and quite a lovely curtain.

Excellent! So typical. Well captured.
Do you have laundry hanging from the windows on Mondays, like in Nice?

Now that's a fantastic one !
The contrast between light and shade was difficult no doubt, but you (or your camera ;-)) did a great job. The lace in the curtain is perfectly detailed, the lines are sharp.... and the scene just SO!
