Larvotto Beach - Blue on Blue

We're breaking away from the Kermesse for a day because I want to show you Larvotto Beach taken the day before yesterday. Calm weather, as you see and sunshine, although it's still a little chilly.

High up on the hill and in the distance, you see the luxurious Vista Palace Hotel with its helipad, and further down, you see the Monte Carlo Bay Resort which we saw the other day - from the opposite direction - when we were at the tennis club.

Today though, a deserted beach to enjoy. Blue on blue.

Chilly or not, but this picture makes my heart break. We had this morning - 20 C and a light wind.

This is a very nice picture, beautiful blues mixing together in horizon.

Looks a great beach. I bet it's packed during the summer and you have to fight to get a space.

Your photo today captures the exact color of the sky and sea that inspires Mediterranean day dreams all over the world. This looks like summer, except for the absence of crowds on the beach.

What a beautiful beach with a fantastic view. I bet it is very popular when it's warm.

Oh this just chased the winter blahs away for me. Gorgeous! If the water were warmer, I wonder if the saltwater wouldn't help the girls' skin problems???

What a peaceful feeling!

Jilly, does that tall building obstruct the view for the people that live inland?
