68th Grand Prix de Monaco - Heading Home

Thousands and thousands of people queue for trains to take them out of Monaco. Crowd control was brilliant - the police organised and polite as they let limited groups thru from the tunnel and into the railway station.

The Monaco Grand Prix is over for yet another year. If you've never been to Monaco at Grand Prix time, come one day. There's nothing quite like it.

Thanks so much to everyone who has followed this little series.

Now the carnival is over etc etc. You did a fabulous job bringing us these pictures ever since the Grand Prix started.

It's such a relief to know that there are people like me that would arrive/depart by means other than yachts. :) !

Love the photo - and many thanks, Jilly, for another wonderful series!!

Yes I agree with Maria, its so refreshing to see ordinary people coming and going from a very high profile event. Not everyone has yachts or helicopters!

Always love your blog Jilly, especially the fashion & people watching shots. Well done for yet another fantastic series of pics. Keep up the good work.
