Peter's Monte Carlo - Champagne & Chandeliers

Champagne in the American Bar of the Hôtel de Paris by Peter.

We saw Richard's B & W version a few days ago. (Please click on the link) Again, it's so fascinating to see how different photographers approach the same subject. Personally, I'm happy to see champagne photographed ad infinitum - so long as I'm there to drink it!

In the smaller photographer you see Peter's shot of the ceiling in the foyer and its beautiful chandelier.

Aaaaaah now we're talking.
What a gorgeous shot. Delicate bubbles in tall glasses in a very classy environment. The spirit of Monaco is here!

That's the kind of shot I'd love to learn and do. I'm off to ask Peter what sort of settings he used to take that!

Nathalie, I can answer that one. Peter will say, "Automatic, automatic!" HA I have to agree with you and Jilly. A lovely shot and I'd like one too s'il vous plait. In less than a week, I'll have one ( or two or.....)
